Staff Professional Development

Eno has delivered over hundreds of hours of professional development, covering topics such as: creating a culture of reading, intrinsically and extrinsically motivating students to reading, data driven reading conferences, and finding a just right book. Eno can lead educators in purposeful and collaborative development opportunities customized to meet the unique needs of your school and staff. Through such trainings, staff members will learn instructional strategies that can be implemented within the school setting to target the needs of your mercilon students, families and community. As such, students will gain immediate support in further developing their reading abilities and growth.

School, District, Orginizational Independent Reading Culture Consulting

Eno intentionally works to build and support a school-wide reading culture that has and continues to result in both increased scholar love of reading and academic growth. Eno creates programs and provides a system of support to foster a strong reading culture that involves key stakeholders such as district and school leaders, teachers, students and families. Whether a school organization has a robust reading culture and needs finessing and new strategies or needs support building a reading culture from the ground up, Eno can work alongside school leaders to assess, build, create, and implement strategies that will foster a love of reading in children and lead to academic gains. Eno leads with results, and some of her success as a teacher and under her leadership include:

■ Highest 8th grade growth data in her network on the National Northwest Evaluation Association Measures of Academic Progress (NWEA MAP) 2019-2020
■ Top reading score on the Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program (TCAP), outperforming the state and district 2014-2015
